On arriving at the condominium they checked into the Condominium unit. grab their knapsack, walk down to the beach, put their knapsack up against the wall and went down to the beach, jumped in the water, and started doing things that newlyweds do. They enjoyed the time in the sun and the beach.

As they were coming back they noticed that the knapsack was gone. In that knapsack was over $3,000 in cash that had been given to them at their wedding.

So the couple, frantic, went up to the front desk and was able to speak to the property manager. The property manager first began to look through the video recordings, could not find anything related to what the couple was talking about.

This particular camera system was a fully managed cloud-based system that employed AI and other advanced features.

So the property manager called the Technical Company responsible for the camera system and asked for their assistance. They immediately assigned a technician to help with the problem. The Technician was able to log in and gathering some information from the property manager, determined that there was an orange knapsack that was left at the seat wall and had an approximate time using an AI feature. the technician was able to quickly search and discover an arch knapsack at the seawall. At the time that couples left it, was able to discover and see the camera that recorded the couple. Laying the napsack down by the wall. And at that point this particular camera system was so intuitive that every camera that had recorded that our snapshot came up in sequence on a dashboard.

So now the technician was able to see that orange knapsack down by the beach. Moments later, while the puppet was down in the water. technician spotted a man picking up the knapsack and walking into the building. He was unable to spot the man going into an elevator with the elevator camera, recording his movements in every action.

The technician was able to watch and see. As the man opened the orange knapsack, discovered the envelope full of cash, began to count it quickly closed the knapsack on. At that point the elevator doors opened. Tactician saw which floor he got it off on the individual walk down to the Condominium unit that they hit, that he had been running.

The technician was able to identify the room he went into. At that point the technician called back to the property manager, property manager was able to locate the rental company that rented that unit to the gentleman.

By this time, even though the gentleman was not scheduled to log the checkout. For several more days the gentleman had packed up and was leaving. The facility technician was able to follow him down to his car, obtain the license plate of the car and the make and model as the car was leaving from the license plate, reader, camera, that was strategically positioned at the exit driveway. Going out onto traffic technician called back to the property manager. With this additional information property manager managed to talk for the rental company and obtained a cell phone number of the individual that had rented that condominium unit.

The property manager also called the local police department and alerted them to the situation, provided them with the license plate and the vacant model, but asked them to hold on while he called the individual.

The property manager then called the individual in the car that had that knapsack with the $3,000 cash in it and suggested that he returned back to the Condominium building quickly and return the knapsack to the front desk within an hour. The individual did, in fact, come back to the Condominium. And did deposit the orange knapsack on the front desk. Property manager took ownership of the knapsack, and the couple declined to press charges.

The property manager was able to reunite the happy Newlyweds with their wedding presence and the orange snapshot.

This entire event, from start to finish took approximately 4 h, and can show you exactly how efficient an AI system is in a cloud-based camera system. These systems are so intuitive and so smart and so fast that the events that followed this man from the moment he took the knapsack all the way up till he got into his car, provided the technician searching through the videos with easily identifiable information, will allow the property manager to be able to contact him and receive the property back.

This was a great success story, and all well installed and properly managed and monitored systems should be able to achieve.
