Gemini FAQs
Gemini runs entirely over your internet connection. Most playback issues are internet-related. If you experience buffering or freezing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Restart your modem/router (unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in).
Step 2: Restart the Gemini box (unplug for 15 seconds).
Step 3: Make sure the box is close enough to your WiFi router or consider a wired Ethernet connection for best performance.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Press the Home button on the remote to access the main menu.
Step 2: Press the left arrow on your Gemini remote and then toggle down to apps, or simply press the “apps” button on the bottom right corner of your Gemini remote.
Step 3: Open your installed apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.)
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Replace the batteries first.
Step 2: Make sure the remote is paired via Bluetooth (Settings > Remotes & Accessories).
Step 3: If needed, restart the Gemini box to re-sync the remote.
